Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped pimiento
    2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Mix macaroni, onion, pimiento, grated cheese (reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping), milk and mushroom soup together.
    Season with salt and pepper as desired.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese and cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
