Colonel Harris' Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. chicken (white meat), cut up to bite size
    1 tsp. curry powder
    6 Tbsp. oil or butter, divided
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. flour (approximately)
    1 c. milk or water (approximately)
Preparation
    Rub curry powder on chicken and cook in 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
    Remove chicken and set aside.
    Add balance of oil and cook celery and onion over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour and milk/water to make white sauce.
    (You may also wish to add chicken broth).
    Add cooked chicken and walnuts.
    Mix well. Season with lemon pepper.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 2 servings.
