Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. skimmed milk
    1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
    1/2 c. water
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Coat Dutch oven with vegetable oil cooking spray.
    Place over medium heat until hot.
    Add mushrooms and onions, saute until tender.
    Stir in margarine and flour, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk and stir until blended.
    Stir in bouillon, water, garlic powder, parsley and bay leaf.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes until slightly thickened.
    Remove bay leaf and serve.
