Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) ready-to-cook stewing chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. chicken fat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    speck of cayenne pepper
    chicken broth
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. light cream
    1 c. fine noodles
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Day before:
    In saucepan, cook chicken in 1 can of chicken broth and water for 30 minutes.
    Cut meat from bones in strips. Refrigerate meat and broth.
