Maple Nut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. maple syrup (Log Cabin)
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. gelatin (1 envelope)
    3 egg yolks
    1 pt. whipping cream
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, bring syrup to boil.
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Add to syrup; mix well.
    Beat egg yolks well and add to syrup.
    Set aside to cool.
    Stir occasionally and when it starts to set, fold in the cream that has been whipped.
