Rhubarb Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rhubarb, chopped fine
    4 qt. boiling water
    5 lb. sugar
    2 oranges, cut in 4's
    2 lemons, cut in 4's
    1 potato, peel and cut
    2 yeast cakes
Preparation
    Add water to rhubarb.
    Cover and set aside for 3 days.
    Strain. To liquid, add sugar, oranges, lemons, potato and yeast.
    Cover and set aside for 14 days.
    Strain.
    Transfer to tight sealed container.
    Ready to drink in 2 to 3 months.
