Orange Yogurt Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter, melted and cooled slightly
    2 eggs
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together into mixing bowl.
    In another bowl, combine melted butter (cooled), eggs, orange rind and orange juice.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Beat liquid into dry ingredients alternately with yogurt; mix until blended.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes or until loaf is golden and pulls away from sides of pan.
    Remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
    Blend powdered sugar with enough orange juice to make icing to spoon over loaf.
