Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. egg whites
    1 c. cake flour
    1/2 c. sugar sifted with cake flour
    1 c. sifted sugar
    1 t. salt
    1 1/4 t. cream of tartar
    1 t. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until egg whites form stiff peaks.
    Sift cake flour then measure 1 c.
    Sift sugar then measure.
    Sift 1/2 c. sugar, cake flour, and salt together.
    Sift 5 times.
    Fold into egg white alternating with 1 c. sifted sugar. Add vanilla and bake.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
