Quick Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 medium onion, cut in rings
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of cayenne pepper
    cooked rice or spaghetti
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms in oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Place chicken breasts over vegetables.
    In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, chilies and seasonings.
    Pour over chicken; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and is tender.
    Serve over rice or spaghetti.
