Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen 9-inch pie shells
    1 stick margarine, melted
    5 eggs, well beaten
    7 oz. grated coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine melted margarine, beaten eggs and all other ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into pie shells.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake another 45 minutes.
