Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; mash and add cream, cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix well and put in 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes until heated through and lightly brown on top.
    You can make up a week before ready to use. Keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
    (This is good to fix ahead for company.)
