Okra - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. cut up okra (cover in cold water)
1/8 c. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Bring to boil (3 minutes). Put in jar and seal. When preparing to cook, wash off in cold water. Cover in buttermilk approximately 2 hours. Pour off and roll in corn meal. Fry.
