Dr. Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. diced bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar and soda.
    Make hole in middle and add bananas, pecans, vanilla, pineapple, oil and eggs.
    Mix well but do not beat.
    Bake in tube pan or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
