Envy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) lemon Jell-O
    1 1/3 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 tsp. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (10 oz.) bottle lemon-lime carbonated beverage
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water in mixer bowl.
    Add cream cheese. Beat at medium speed until blended.
    Stir in remaining ingredients by hand.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm.
