Cheesy Potato Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. raw potato strips, cut as for French fries
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 slices American processed cheese
2 Tbsp. finely cut fresh parsley
Preparation

Put the potato strips in a 2-quart greased baking dish and pour milk over them.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake until the potatoes are tender.
Cover with slices of cheese.
Sprinkle parsley over cheese and let sit until cheese melts.
