Angel Food Pie - cooking recipe

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
whipped cream
grated unsweetened chocolate
Preparation

Beat
egg
whites
stiff and stir in the sugar, vinegar and vanilla.
Pour into buttered and floured pie plate.
Bake in 325\u00b0 oven
for 40 minutes.
Open door and let the pie cool in the
oven (it
will\tfall).\tWhen cool, cover with whipped cream
and grated
unsweetened
chocolate.
Let
cool\tin the refrigerator for 2 hours.
