Bread Pudding(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. skimmed milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 oz. egg substitute
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. 1-inch, fat-free bread cubes
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, egg substitute, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in bread cubes and pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray.
    Place baking dish into a pan of water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
    Serves 4.
    Less than 1/2 gram fat per serving.
