Charlie'S Potato Tuna Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    dash of white pepper
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. green beans, cut into pieces
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    3 c. milk
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna fish, drained and broken up into chunks
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup potatoes, chicken stock, onion and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer around 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add sage, paprika and pepper to the saucepan. With a fork, mash the potatoes in a saucepan.
    Add remaining potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery and milk to the mashed potatoes in saucepan. Bring to a boil, then immediately reduce the heat.
    Simmer for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add tuna fish to the saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes until well heated.
    Serves 4 to 6.
