Onion Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. sweet onions (3 or 4)
1 stick butter
3 well beaten eggs
1 c. sour cream
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper

Preparation

Slice onions and saute in butter.
Mix eggs and sour cream; add to onions.
Add Tabasco sauce, salt and white pepper.
Place in uncooked deep dish pie crust.
Put grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0; lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes.
