Creamy Black Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. can black beans
1/2 c. plain yogurt (nonfat)
green chilies, chopped, to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Drain and rinse black beans.
Mash beans with a fork.
Blend in yogurt, chilies, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Chill and serve.
