Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. tomato soup
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook carrots until tender, then drain. Mix well with bell pepper and onion. Combine soup, Wesson oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce, then pour mixture over carrots, bell pepper and onion. Refrigerate.
