Cheese Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients with half of the grated cheese.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with remaining half of the grated cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
