Corn Cob Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 average size corncobs
4 pt. water
6 red and 6 white corncobs
1 box Sure Jell
3 c. sugar
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

Pick, shell, look and wash vegetables.\tWash jars and lids in soapy water; rinse and scald in hot water.\tPack peas or beans in jars.
Put 1/2 teaspoon salt to a pint, 1 teaspoon to a quart. Have tips in hot water.
Fill jars with hot water and seal.
