Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. green chilies
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 head lettuce
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    taco chips, crushed
    8 oz. bottle Russian dressing
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain on paper towel until cool.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    In a bowl, mix beans, onion, green chilies, tomatoes and meat.
    In another bowl, put in lettuce and top with bean mixture, cheese, chips and pour dressing over all and mix well. This dish serves 6 to 8 people.
