Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    6 oz. orange Jell-O
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Heat pineapple.
    Add sugar and Jell-O.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Add buttermilk.
    After mixture is cold, fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
