Country-Style Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country style ribs or spareribs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    3 thin slices lemon
Preparation
    Cut ribs
    into\tserving
    size
    pieces
    (3 to 4 ribs per person).
    Saute
    garlic in butter in a medium saucepan about 5 minutes.
    Add
    remaining ingredients.
    Bring sauce to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
    Place
    ribs,
    meaty
    side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.\tSpoon mixture over ribs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.\tCheck after an hour cooking for doneness.
