Creamed Crab-Meat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 small onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter (no substitute)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half cream
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
dash of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. lump crab meat
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add flour and then cream.
Cook until thick.
Stir in egg yolk, then all seasonings.
Fold in crab meat. Serve from chafing dish on thin sliced bread squares, in tiny bread cups, or with Fritos.
