Cloud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
20 oz. crushed pineapple (with or without juice)
8 oz. Cool Whip or more to taste
Preparation

Beat together cream cheese, pudding and lemon juice.
Add pineapple and mix.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into prepared pie crust of choice (great with graham cracker crust).
