Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oleo
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 lb. box Velveeta cheese
3 c. chopped ham
1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Preparation

Saute in oleo the celery, green pepper and onion.
In saucepan, mix mushroom soup, water, Velveeta cheese and ham.
In another pan cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain the noodles and pour into a large baking pan.
Blend soup mix and vegetables together and pour over egg noodles.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
