Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned cream-style corn
3 large eggs or 4 small, well beaten
2 c. warm milk
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Grease a 6-cup casserole dish.
In a large bowl, combine the corn, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour into the prepared dish.
Combine the bread crumbs and melted butter, tossing well.
Sprinkle over corn mixture.
Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
