Cabbage Meat Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat with soy protein
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 medium head cabbage (2 lb.), cut into strips
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute meat and onions about 10 minutes.
    Pour off liquids, if desired.
    Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings.
    Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add cabbage and rice.
    Stir together, mixing well. Cover; continue to cook 18 to 20 minutes.
