Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. small marshmallows
    vanilla wafers
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    crushed nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients; cook and stir until thick. Cool completely.
    Line a buttered pie pan with whole vanilla wafers, crumbling a few to fill bare spots for better fit.
    Add ice cream.
    Top with the chocolate sauce and freeze.
    Add crushed nuts to top.
    Easy, but very good!
    Serves 8.
