Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Start out blending on low, then on medium speed, then on high speed until mixture is as creamy as possible.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Refrigerate until pie is very firm.
