Oriental Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut up fryer (can be skinned)
    1 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    chopped celery, mushrooms, pineapple, etc. (if desired)
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in sauce a few hours.
    (You may skip this, if necessary.)
    Bake until tender in sauce.
    Add some cornstarch to thicken before serving over cooked rice.
