Never Fail Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 large marshmallows
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and butter.
    Bring to a full boil (a boil that can't be stirred down).
    Time it 1 1/2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add chips and marshmallows.
    Stir until thick.
