Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs; add corn syrup and sugar.
Stir in salt and vanilla. Let stand 5 minutes.
Pour pecans into pie shell.
Stir melted butter into syrup.
Pour into shell.
Make sure pecans rise to top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is firm.
