Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 medium potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, beaten
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Grate potatoes in milk to prevent discoloring.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake as for custard for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife comes out clean when tested. Bake in 9-inch pan.
This tastes like coconut custard.
