Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and put in ungreased pan or Bundt pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in Bundt pan or 1 hour in loaf pan.
