Filbert Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can yams or 4 to 6 cooked yams
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. margarine
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sliced filberts or other nuts
1/2 tsp. mace
1 orange
Preparation

Mix honey, margarine, mace and lemon juice.
Slice oranges and arrange between slices of yams in a greased baking dish.
Spread honey mixture over top.
Scatter chopped nuts over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Good with pork or ham.
Serves 2 to 3.
