Pork Chop And Sweet Potato Casserole For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thick loin pork chops
    4 small sweet potatoes, washed and peeled
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 large cooking apple
    2 medium sized onions (optional)
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Slice potatoes crosswise into 1/4-inch thickness.
    Place in buttered 1 quart casserole dish.
    Dot with the butter and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
