Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 to 4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. sour cream
    cooked noodles or rice
Preparation
    In skillet saute beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, breaking up beef with fork.
    Stir in the flour, salt and pepper.
    Gradually stir in bouillon and mushrooms and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened and boils.
    Reduce heat; stir in sour cream.
    Cook 5 minutes (do not boil).
    Serve over noodles (I prefer rice).
    Serves 4.
