Cinnamon Pecan Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. water
    1 lb. bag pecan halves
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy.
    Add pecan halves. Toss and coat all nuts with egg white mixture.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Pour over wet nuts.
    Coat well and pour on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and remove from cookie sheet immediately.
