Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. brandy
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. candied cherries, cut
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple, cut
    1 lb. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add
    eggs,
    brandy and nutmeg. Sift 2 1/2 cups flour and
    soda.
    Add
    fruit
    and
    nuts, mixed with remaining 1/2 cup flour.
    Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
