Millet Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot millet
    1/4 c. cooked carrots
    1/4 c. cashew nuts (raw)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. agar-agar flakes
Preparation
    Cook agar-agar flakes in water for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring. Blenderize 1/2 of cooked agar-agar with other ingredients until very smooth.
    Add rest of the agar-agar, blending at low speed. Cool a little and put in serving dishes to finish cooling.
