Vegetable Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. egg noodles, uncooked
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. coarsely chopped fresh broccoli
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    3 Tbsp. fine, dry breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    Saute celery, onion, green pepper and broccoli in oil until tender.
    Stir in milk and next 3 ingredients.
    Add noodles and spoon into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with butter.
    Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
