French Fried Zucchini Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 lb. zucchini squash
    1 c. corn flake crumbs, fine
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly with fork.
    Slice squash in 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Dip in egg and then in crumbs.
    Fry in deep fat, 350\u00b0, until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes.
