Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans (halved)
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation

Sprinkle pecans in pie shell.
In large bowl beat together remaining ingredients.
Pour over pecans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
