Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add butter and lemon juice. Cool.
    Serve over pudding or cake.
