Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound bulk pork sausage (crumbled)
    1- 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
    5 eggs
    1/4 cup milk
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage in skillet.
    Drain and set aside.
    Separate dough into 8 triangles, arrange on ungreased 12 - inch pizza pan, points toward center.
    Press over bottom and up sides to form crust, sealing completely.
    Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with cheddar cheese; set aside.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl, mix well.
    Pour mixture over sausage.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
