Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter
    1 stick garlic cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    milk
Preparation
    Combine grits, water and salt.
    Cook until grits are done. Add butter; stir until melted.
    Add cheese, and melt.
    Beat eggs in a teacup, and finish filling with milk.
    Add this mixture to grits.
    Pour mixture into buttered casserole.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
